Centrally located at Rozelle Bay, Sydney Boathouse will be the ultimate marina and waterfront complex on Sydney Harbour. It will include dry and wet storage for boats, as well as waterfront retail, workshop and office space, and plenty of car parking. There will also be a variety of dining options ensuring the days spent at Sydney Boathouse are truly memorable.

Construction will be phased, with the wet berth marina and car park now complete and open for business. The balance of the project is targeted for completion in further phases over 2012 and 2013.
