In early January 2011, Sydney Boathouse completed construction and has opened a fantastic new floating marina. Marina berths are available for power and sail boats in varying lengths.

On completion of the next exciting phase of construction, a comprehensive range of services and amenities will be available catering to the needs of the boating enthusiastic or just the casual visitor. These include wet and dry berth storage for boats, engine servicing, boat repairs, fuel sales, boat sales, waterfront restaurants, a cafe, general store, showrooms, offices, as well as a chandlery and ample car parking.

Sydney Boathouse will comprise:

• Two dry boat storage buildings, initially the first building will be constructed, which will accommodate 265 motor boats between 5m-12m in length;
• A two level waterfront retail and office building, accommodating a restaurant, cafe, general store, boat showrooms and offices;
• Marine related service workshops and associated hardstand;
• Multi level car park;
• A wet berth marina, accommodating between 40 and 60 boats in varying lengths
