In February 2003, Rozelle Bay Pty Ltd was announced as the successful bidder in a Public Calls for Expressions of Interest by the NSW Government’s Maritime Authority to develop 2.8 hectares of waterfront land and 1.1 hectares of dedicated water area at Rozelle Bay in NSW.
The investment is lead by interests associated with Gerry Hatton AM, MARKHAM www.markham.com.au and Investec Bank (Australia) Limited www.investec.com.au
